The values listed on this web site are for FY 2012. The Board of Assessors completed a mandated update of values using 2010 sales that have taken place in Northampton. In the past, values were updated every three years and certified by the Department of Revenue. In the future, values will be adjusted and approved by the Department of Revenue each year using current sales that have taken place during the previous calendar year. Taxpayers need to be aware of the sales in Northampton because these sales are what the Assessors are required to use to value their property.
